Yesterday it worked fine but I cannot connect today. Payment for data service has been made but looks like it is not active. I experience again problem with connection dropping periodically. Please look at log below and advise. This is just a part of log showing a few connection drops but it really happens multiple times during the day and log is quite big. I guess this has something to do with synchronization of incoming data with scid data file. Often when I try to open a chart that is connected to ESZ14.scid data file, chart remains blank as it cannot read data and then a message appears "download failed". I have to delete ESZ14.scid file, open new chartbook, select ESZ14 symbol and open intraday chart. If I open existing chart after scid file was deleted it remains blank and then "download failed" message pops up. I did call the broker (AMP Futures). I have an account through them with the AMP-CQG data feed for futures. But I checked my Sierra account and it says I have 8 days remaining in this period; this makes sense because when I contacted IQ, they were able to bring up the IQFeed Watch for stocks. Can I open 2 copies of Sierra at no extra charge? - one with the AMP Futures feed to trade futures and open up Sierra with IQ feed to apply custom indicators to trade stocks

You can certainly install two copies of Sierra Chart on your system and use more than one Data or Trading service. I was able to log in to the one account I have with AMP Futures however, after downloading 2nd copy of Sierra in a separate folder, I opened the software with the user name & password received from IQ, it made a connection but it defaulted to the AMP Futures connection. When I tried to change the data feed to 'IQFeed' it says in parentheses, '(Not enabled on package)'. I doubled checked with IQ and they say I have an established account/feed; we even tested it. What could the problem be now?
