I was able to log in to the one account I have with AMP Futures however, after downloading 2nd copy of Sierra in a separate folder, I opened the software with the user name & password received from IQ, it made a connection but it defaulted to the AMP Futures connection. When I tried to change the data feed to 'IQFeed' it says in parentheses, '(Not enabled on package)'. I doubled checked with IQ and they say I have an established account/feed; we even tested it. What could the problem be now?
