Hello,

I’m using Sierra Chart with Denali data and Package 12 active.

My CQG login is entered correctly in Sierra Chart, but when I select "Open CQG Web API Trading", no connection is established, and no login window appears.

We do not know what you are referring to in terms of "Open CQG Web API Trading". There is no such specific item in Sierra Chart. Also, you enter your credentials in the "Data/Trade Service Settings", so there is no login window that will appear to login to CQG.

If you have not done so, follow through the instructions at the following link to setup a connection to CQG:

If there is something else occurring, then we need more information on exactly the issue you are having.

Hello, thank you for your answer. I will try to explain more precise.
Since i have payed yesterday for Package 11 / 12, i dont have anymore connection to the data feed. Due to this fact I installed the current version several times.
I do this procedure: File / Data/Trade Service Settings/ Current Selected Service > CQG Web API (trading). I input my credentials. After closing this shell the field in the upper left corner becomes green, but "connect to datafeed" is grey. I cannot choose it. So i have no running data feed. I can become a static feed with "delete and downlaod data". Then i have once the right feed, but it stays at this point.
Sorry my enlish is very poor.
Amazing it is only after my payment for service package 11/12.

The option for "File >> Connect to Data Feed" is greyed out because you are already connected. This is correct and not something you need to worry about.

Everything about your account looks good, so we do not see a reason for you to be having an issue with data for the CME Group.

Please get us your Message Log by following these instructions:
Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
