Hello, thank you for your answer. I will try to explain more precise. Since i have payed yesterday for Package 11 / 12, i dont have anymore connection to the data feed. Due to this fact I installed the current version several times. I do this procedure: File / Data/Trade Service Settings/ Current Selected Service > CQG Web API (trading). I input my credentials. After closing this shell the field in the upper left corner becomes green, but "connect to datafeed" is grey. I cannot choose it. So i have no running data feed. I can become a static feed with "delete and downlaod data". Then i have once the right feed, but it stays at this point. Sorry my enlish is very poor. Amazing it is only after my payment for service package 11/12. Thank you for your answer again. Markus Hirsbrunner |
