Priority - When I first started up the chart (Gold) it looked OK. but today the L2 data is all missing (except for the current price level)
First, make sure you have the correct symbols for the service you are connected to. To ensure they are the correct ones, select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". Refer to the following:Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service If that does not resolve it, then check the items called out at the following link: Global Trade Settings Windows: Troubleshooting Market Depth Data Not Displaying in Chart/Trade DOM Columns Also this morning I was getting Volume Rollover Required messages, which is not right as I'm on on the current period, also strange that those messages are now gone ?
This is why we wonder if you have the correct symbols. As noted by User135243 the most active contrct for GC is the December (Z) contract. Make sure you have that contract selected. Keep in mind that a notice to rollover based on Volume can come and go, depending on the timing and the daily volume traded.
