To start with, we see that this account has not been used for nearly a year, so we have reset the trial for this account. While on a Trial, you have the full capabilities of the system, except for the following: - No connectivity to data and trading services including our own Denali Exchange Data Feed - Limited data as specified at the following link: Sierra Chart Trial Account Therefore, you can not connect to an Ironbeam account (of any kind) while on a Trial. But, you can use our "Simulated Futures Trading Service" while on a trial. You will access the "delayed" version, since you will be working with the delayed streaming data.
