There is not a way to full lock a chart. But there are some things you can do to help alleviate the issue. - Remove the scroll bar: Chart Menu: Show Scrollbar (Chart menu) - Set the scroll wheel on your pointing device to not include a scrolling option: General Settings Window: Scroll Wheel Setting (Global Settings >> General Settings >> GUI >> Scroll) - Ensure you are not using the "Hand" tool which can move the chart. Chart Drawing Tools: Hand With the above, the only way to then move the chart is with the Control Bar buttons, arrow keys, or Page Up/Down.
