The way to do this is to setup a chart with the "Numbers Bars Calculated Values" study on it. The study does not need to be displayed, it can be hidden. Then set the chart to the time frame for which you want the data (i.e. daily or weekly). Just be sure to set "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Chart Data Type" to "Intraday Chart Only" otherwise you will not get the delta information as it is not available with Daily Historical Data. Then you can export the information using the "Edit >> Export Bar and Study Data to File".
