Isn't Denali included with all service packages?
No, this is not correct. You need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages in order to be able to have access to real-time data, whether from our Denali Exchange Data Feed or from another source (such as Rithmic). But you still need to activate and pay for the data from whichever source you are getting it from. Do i need SP11 with cme data or just sp11? I'm currently trading with topstep and have used just SP11 and this morning the limit orders on my DOM disappeared again. I'd like to make sure everything is running smoothly for next week.
Although we do recommend using our Denali Exchange Data Feed, you can get the data from Rithmic (which is what you are doing right now). If you want to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you need to make sure you understand the requirement from the CME Group that you have a live, funded, futures trading account. And that you need to be able to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification.
