Update Sierra Chart to the latest release with Help >> Download Prerelease. Let us know if you continue to see the problem. You should not. Once you confirm that you no longer see the problem, then set the Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 1 tick. That is what it needs to be for Range bars for accuracy. The underlying issue is very complex when the underlying data records are greater than 1 tick for Range bars.
