One of the issues you are having with the CME Group data for the Denali Exchange Data Feed is that you have not properly completed the Agreements for the CME Group data in order to be considered a "Non-Professional" for the CME Group. You need to redo the agreements at the following link:

When you are filling out the agreements, you need to enter the FCM/Brokerage of your live, funded, futures trading account along with the account number. We need this to be able to set your status as a "Non-Professional" for the CME Group. Refer to the following regarding this:

If you do not have an account that you can use for this purpose, then we recommend the solution outlined at the following link:

Once you have the above worked out and your agreements properly completed and accepted, then if you are activating any of the Non-Professional exchanges, for the CME Group, then you need to connect your Sierra Chart to that account in order to verify it so you can continue to get the data at the non-professional rates.
