The reason you are not getting real-time data is because you have activated a non-professional exchange for the CME Group, but you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account. Refer to the following for information on the CME Group requirement for a live, funded, futures trading account in order to get the data at the non-professional rate:

Keep in mind that a Prop firm account does not work towards the non-professional verification.
