The main issue is the following from your log:
SC Data - All Services | Logon error received from server: Connection limit exceeded. | MaxConnectionsDifferentDevices = 1, NumCurrentConnectionsDifferentDevices = 2

You are connected to the Denali feed from more than 1 computer. The exchanges do not allow this unless you pay an additional exchange fee to allow 2 systems to connect at the same time. Refer to the following:

You do also have the following:
DTC Client socket (2) | Connect event error. Windows error code 10060: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

But this could have been just a one time incident where there was a routing issue. But, refer to the following regarding this error:
