You do need to be on one of the Integrated packages (packages 10, 11, and 12) in order to be able to connect your Sierra Chart to Interactive Brokers. We see you are currently on Package 10, so that should be resolved.

If you are not getting any data from IB, then make sure you are on the most recent Sierra Chart release as well as on the most recent "Stable" release from IB. There were changes made by IB that we had to adjust to, so you need to ensure that you have both the most recent software installations (be sure the IB software is the most recent "Stable" version and not a test or beta version, as those will not work).
