For Transact users we are going to do the following at the beginning of September 2022: 1. If a Sierra Chart user is using the Transact service, then we are going to change your Service Package to 10 or 11 depending upon whether you are using 3 or 5 respectively. There will be no cost for this Service Package change. 2. We will activate the CME Group top of book exchange on your account. Normally there is a free trial for this for the first month. If there is a cost we will cover this cost. The normal fee for this is 3.50USD/month. You will then be using the Denali Exchange Data Feed with no dependency upon Transact data and will have reliable comprehensive market data for Sierra Chart.
