Could you advise how to receive DELAYED data on the second connection then?

Previously i was using Transact data - no problem with working. Today i was forced to use Sierra 2430 with Denali. First log in was ok i open my standard charbook for 6E . Data has been download and everything works ok. But when i restart platform and open charbook with 6E - SIERRA crashed. When i removed SCID file for 6E And Start again sierra everything works again fine(but downloading of data needs to be proceed) but if i shut off platform and start again platform crashed. I can record video if that help you. Maybe this is issue with sierra version. As i know e.g 2352 works good with Denali but from some reason even though i can rollback to this version 2352 i am being forced to install newest sierra version . How can i fix this? |

What exactly do you mean by this?: - SIERRA crashed.
And start a new thread about this. We are locking this thread. You could provide a video but generally we do not like those but go ahead in this case. Or we can do remote assistance session and look at the problem.
