With regards to real-time data for the CME Group, first understand the requirement from the CME Group for a live, funded, trading account to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges If you have a qualifying account, then follow the instructions at the following link to setup the real-time data: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges Note that you will have change to one of the Integrated packages in order to get the real-time data. During the trial we want you to work with the Delayed Streaming Data, which acts the same as the real-time data, but is delayed by 10-15 minutes (depending on exchange). The delayed streaming data is free as long as you have an active Trial or paid package.
