First of all, in order to make any external connectivity you need to be on one of the Integrated Packages (packages 10, 11, or 12). We have taken care of this for you for the next 60 days by giving you an evaluation of Package 12 for that time. Be sure to change your package before the 60 days is over. Second, with version 2394 we no longer allow data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX into Sierra Chart. Refer to the following for more information:

Therefore, you have two options with this:
1) Downgrade to version 2393 and use the CQG data. Refer to the instructions at the following link to downgrade your software:

OR

2) Stay on the current release and use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The cost will be about the same and the Denali data will give you many years of historical data. To get the CME Data, follow the instructions at the following link:
