First, please confirm that you do not want the NASDAQ TotalView exchange active - this has data for U.S. Stocks. We will deactivate this for you if you do not want it, and we will want to take care of that today for you so you are not charged again for the exchange tomorrow (July 1, 2022), as the exchanges renew on the first day of each month.

Second, with your system connected to CQG, we need to see your Message Log to determine why you are not getting the CQG data. Or, if you want to get the data for the ES and NQ, then you need to go through the Setup Instructions for the CME Group data.

For the CQG data, please follow these quoted instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
