We needed to change your package from 3 to 5. Although in the case of Rithmic to avoid market data issues you really need to be on Service Package 10 to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. This is the service package you are using now. The Denali data feed works with all Trading services. It has no involvement with your broker.

Based upon the broker you are using, you need to stay with Rithmic for now.

We need to first make sure you can connect to Rithmic and then we will help you with the market data from the Denali data feed.


Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
