Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

On the other note, having an account with AMP Futures is it possible to use the fully independent and zero transaction fee Teton Order Routing Service recommented by SC recently?
No this is not supported by AMP. Only other brokers and clearing firms.

Additionally I thought that I have a trading account for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, assigned to mySierra Chart account?
No this is not the case any longer if your account is with AMP.
