Make sure that you are getting the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed by checking that the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes and that you are getting the [M] after the symbol in the Chart Header. Refer to the information here:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings)
