You do have the Denali data feed. You need to complete the agreements though:

And you have two exchange groups activated when you only need one:

And you must also connect to your Live trading account to authorize the real-time data:

Otherwise, the Denali data feed is not being used with Rithmic.

Regarding the data for Numbers Bars:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
