The freezing is going to be caused by a study causing Sierra Chart to freeze for an extended time while it is doing processing. You need to look at the study calculation times of studies to see which one is causing the problem. Refer to: Chart Studies: Studies To Graph We will also check the Message Log. This is what we see in the log: CQG WebSocket | Timeout waiting for pong message from server. | 2021-07-30 10:58:46.803 There are a lot of these, so this is due to a network connectivity issue. Or perhaps it is happening, if Sierra Chart were frozen for an extended time but that would have to be for over a minute.
