In that instance of Sierra Chart we need to know the symbol that is not receiving market depth data and then provide a copy of the Message Log following the below instructions.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
