Sierra Chart Engineering - Posts: 104368
CTS at this point is considered a legacy service, in relation to Sierra Chart. And we plan to be discontinuing support for it at the end of this year in newer versions.

The historical daily data is downloaded from CTS and we cannot help with any Issues with that.

For now install another installation of Sierra Chart and set it to use SC Data-All Services:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Current Selected Service (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Service)


Then you can access the Denali data feed in that instance:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

Also disable this option:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Enable FIX Logging (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings)

There is also the Sierra Chart Order Routing service:
Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service

Which will support direct CME connectivity soon.
