There have been no changes with regards to the connectivity to TransAct. So version 2253 should work just fine. We would need more information to understand what the issue is with connecting to TransAct. Please give us some information and then supply your message log following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog ----------------------- Your account is setup to allow for 2 Sierra Chart installations on two different computers at no extra cost. But, the issue is related to data and the exchange rules. Therefore, if you are using the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you will need to add one additional system connection in order to get the data to the two computers at the same time.
