In general, an alert only goes off when it goes from False to True. If it remains true, it does not continue to go off. Make sure you have the following option not enabled: Study/Chart Alerts And Scanning: Reset Alert Condition On New Bar And also look at the other Alert Options in that section to make sure they are set how you want them to be.
