One thing we need for you to do is to sign the agreements as a Professional. We are not able to verify your account with TD Ameritrade as we do not support that service any longer. But we see that you selected a Professional exchange, so that is not an issue. You will find the agreements at this link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements When you fill out the agreements, just leave the Broker/FCM and Account Number blank and make sure you select that you are Professional. But, that being said, you should be getting the data since you did select the Professional exchange.
