UPDATE * After seeing the message that SC historical intraday is no longer supported, I thought I'd download version 1093 and see if it fixed the issue. I just installed version 1093 and tried using OEC historical and SC historical - tried delete/download data using both options and no data is downloaded. Aggravating at best :( UPDATE * I just noticed, neither a download using download pre-release from the help>download or the link on this website stating version 1093 (02.17.14) download version 1093.
