Regarding the log in post #2 and the connectivity issue, we need to see the entire Message Log. Not a portion. That portion does not show what we need to see. See the instructions below.

Regarding post #3, you do need to install bridge files and those can be downloaded from here:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers
