Regarding the Message Log at post #5 we need you to open a FGBLH21 chart and then provide the Message Log again.

Regarding the Message Log at post # 7:
Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is disabled. | 2021-02-05 22:21:49.799


You need to enable this setting:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings)

But in order to trade live, you need to follow the instructions starting at step number 9 here:

and be sure to follow step 19.
