The first thing to do is to exit from Sierra Chart and then start the program again. This will try the download of the file to your system again.

If this is a Chartbook file, then make sure you are going to File >> Open Chartbook to select the file to open.

If you are still having an issue, then we would need to see your Message Log following these instructions:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
