For some reason, you are getting the Delayed Exchange Data instead of the Real-Time data. Everything on your account on our end looks good.

The first thing to check is that the option for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is Enabled. Refer to the following:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings)

If it was disabled and you enable it, then be sure to select File >> Disconnect then File >> Connect to Data Feed to start getting the real-time data.

If it was already Enabled then the next thing to do is to use the Force Login option to make sure that your local system is in sync with our servers. Refer to the instructions here:
