First thing is to disconnect and reconnect to the data feed to see if that resolves your issue. Refer to the instructions here:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

If you continue to have a problem after that, then get us your Message Log following these instructions:

Reconnect to the data feed:

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
