                First, you need to complete the Uniform Subscriber Agreement for Delayed Data. You can access this from this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements Second, are you having a problem with the Status window showing that you are Disconnected? If so, then select File >> Connect to Data Feed, and see if you connect.
