First, you need to complete the Uniform Subscriber Agreement for Delayed Data. You can access this from this page:

Second, are you having a problem with the Status window showing that you are Disconnected? If so, then select File >> Connect to Data Feed, and see if you connect. If you still have a problem then get us your Message Log by following these instructions:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
