I installed SC yesterday and was on free account which was restricted so could not do anything. Today upgraded to Package 2 but this is still not working. I cannot download any data. Read this thread and followed the advice to do: "Select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Set the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 1 Tick. Set the Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Load to 365. Open a BTC USD chart and then after the download is finished, go to Edit >> Delete All Data and Download to download the 1 year of tick data." However this still does not help. Message which can be seen in logs states 'Server does not have data for symbol BTCUSD. Received 0 records and wrote 0 records'. Could you guys help me?
