it's worse than it's been all day. Stalls for 10-15 seconds, moves for 1-2 seconds, stalls again... The issue could be this:Prices / Data Falling Behind: 4.10 - Market Not Active We do not see how we can provide you further help. The data feed is definitely fine. We know that because we monitor it continuously. However, if you do notice an interruption for an entire 10 minutes that would be due to a software update that we have done. Although this is very infrequent. And it is not something we would normally do during market hours but we did early in the morning but there would have been at most a small number of users affected by that. It is not going to help to ask us further about this. We recommend trying a different ISP if there really is a genuine connectivity issue but we are doubting that.
