We think the problem is what is described here:
Notice: Stack Overflow Issue

This is believed to be a Windows operating system level issue. As we have not identified any problem in Sierra Chart which would cause this and it is very unlikely there is a problem in Sierra Chart causing this. We want you to update to the current version:
Software Download: Fast Update

Make sure you are also running Sierra Chart in Safe Mode. This is essential. Instructions:
Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Using Safe Mode

If you have a further problem let us know and then we will give you instructions to access a special version, which may help us identify the problem.

Also there are backup Chartbooks available assuming one of them has what you need:
Chartbooks (Workspaces): Accessing a Backup Chartbook File

And you can set Sierra Chart to automatically save Chartbooks:
General Settings Window: Auto-Save Chartbooks and Spreadsheets (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Charts >> Chartbooks)
