We are recommending all Gain Capital users, to use the Sierra Chart order routing service if you are just trading the CME markets: Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service We continue to hear about problems with Gain Capital and these issues are out of our control and we cannot help with them. And we are not going to provide any technical help for those issues. We are not going to be providing technical help for Gain Capital problems any longer. And it is also entirely possible due to CME market data rules the cost of using Gain Capital may start to increase from exchange fees but this remains to be seen. We are only speculating. If you are trading EUREX or ICE through Gain Capital, we will be adding those exchanges as soon as possible to the Denali Exchange Data Feed which is required to be used when using the Sierra Chart order routing service.
