Our server shows your Data/Trade Service Settings are not set to Rithmic, but rather is set to SC Data - All Services. This would explain why you are getting the Delayed Exchange Data Feed: Delayed Exchange Data Feed In order to get the Rithmic data you would need to change Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to use Rithmic.
