My sincere apologies Sir. I had NO IDEA, that combining the two billing would cause so much trouble (no less for me then for you). Believe me, I have read all your manuals already in early 2018, when I first had the opportunity to test SierraCharts and you have my respect for developing this immense Application. Reading those manuals made me understand how much you value your own clients as a preference to third-party providers. (I actually recognize from those readings your personal touch here in this thread, too, and appreciate that you took on my case personally.) Knowing your preference I made a decision in October to switch to Sierra's own Denali feed (as opposed to AMP's direct and also cheaper one) as early as I could with November. This was my error in judgement as the combination of two billings caused so much trouble, I did not anticipate and for that I apologize. Please don't blame Mathew, as he did not expect this either. Now I have topped up my Sierra account with the $25 fee I used to pay with AMP for SC5 Package to cover January directly Sierra. I do not understand thou how to re-activate the service.
