Dear Sirs, Why did you do that now when AMP has just confirmed that they will charge and I don't have to worry. This was statedly my preference. Cancelling my AMP billing is precisely against our Agreement with you from November, when I switched from AMP's Rithmic data feed to Sierra's Denali data feed and agreed to pay for it directly and keep the AMP payment for the SC5 package active until my AMP account uses up the remaining $50 balance. This all stands in this thread above and I directly referenced it today, summarizing that the Agreement was to pay with my AMP account balance for the Sierra Package 5 as I did in November and December. Just before we spoke with your colleague Mathew, who also confirmed that the current setup will continue, AMP has also confirmed the imminent charge. In the current situation: I just have been charged $30.25 for the Denali data feed but Sierra does not accept my data feed connection neither thru InterActive Brokers, nor thru Denali, stating that my Current service package does not support it. Please reestablish the billing with AMP, as I wrote to you above, I will anyway migrate all my payment after February to you.
