If you do not have a trading provider, then in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service select SC Data - All Services. Refer to the information here:

Assuming you have already connected Sierra Chart to a live trading account this month you will then be able to access the real-time data and can do simulated trading. Otherwise you will not be able to get the real-time data according to CME rules.

Just be aware that if you do not have a funded futures account by the beginning of next month, then you will not qualify for the lower priced CME exchange fees and will have to pay the higher priced professional fees. Refer to the information here:

And one final note - we noticed that you activated multiple exchanges, which you did not need to do. You only need the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts. We have gone ahead and deactivated the other exchanges, as they were only repeats of this main one.
