First we cannot deal with a Chartbook that takes 15 minutes to load. This is not within the scope of our support at all. You need to update your computer hardware significantly, and use multiple instances of Sierra Chart. You are not going to finish that, by this afternoon. All of that, is your responsibility. If you require our help on that, it will be chargeable and we would have to find time, next week.

What we need you to do right now is to close your Chartbooks with File >> Close All Chartbooks.

We want you to reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

And then open two or three charts through File >> Find Symbol. Do you have any trouble with the historical data downloading?
