For quite a while now, I have experienced the following Historic data limitations: 1/Partial or full failure to download historical data in all historic charts (Monthly, Weekly, Daily). Almost always, "some" data is populated, but generally only back to 2015 and not the 20Y account limitations I read in my Message Log (see below). This is experienced across all historic charts on all symbols. 2/Inability to alter the //Chart Settings/Main Settings/Date Range in File/"from date". The From Date seems to be auto-populated and I can not move any further back in time from the populated date. Im not sure this is a critical factor in populating data, but I want to point this out. A. Historical Charts Settings are populated with the following: 1/Chart Settings/Main Settings/Chart Type/Historical Chart 2/Chart Settings/Main Settings/Use Number of Days to Load/Day to Load: 7000 (less than the 20Y acc. maximum) 3/Chart Settings/Main Settings/Apply Global Symbol Settings B. Common Message Log errors are appended below with the following common error message: 1/Unable to determine transition date based on volume from files: ESH01.dly, ESM01.dly \| 2019-03-01 12:49:22 2/The ESM01.dly symbol may not be the active contract month. \| 2019-03-01 12:49:22 C. Resolution Actions Already Taken (Thoroughly and Carefully) 1/ All instructions as described in the post: 6CH19 Daliy Historical not loading past historical data This includes a full reset of all my symbols in global settings as well as disconnect from data feed/reconnect and then delete and download all data. 2/ All instructions as described in SC Engineer recommendation: Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data 3/Updated to pre-release 1880 D.
