It looks like there are two settings that are being used to create the boxes that you are referencing. One of them is most likely the Highlight Maximum Value In. You can find the documentation for this Input here: Numbers Bars: Highlight Maximum Value In The other boxes with the extension lines is the setting Highlight Nonzero Bid&Ask Volume at High/Low where it is turned on with Extension Lines Until Future Intersection.
