Hi, I have Teton CME Routing [trading] currently selected as my service and I have IronBeam as my clearing firm. I believe both of these should allow me to see Crude Oil Futures. I am trying to get CLK25-NYMEX (we may be in the next month by now, but that's what I'm trying to get, or whichever is the next month in that symbol)> When opening my VWAP chart I'm seeing a gold box which says: Symbol Setting not found for current service Any idea what I can do to get this service to work, so I can see Crude Oil Futures? try the correct symbol (the K expired already) CLM25

The problem you are having is that you are using the wrong symbol. With "Teton CME Routing" set as your "Current Selected Service" the correct symbol for the K contract for CL would be the following: CLK25_FUT_CME The easiest way to solve this is to select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". Refer to the following: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service Also, it does not matter if you are opening an older contract since you are getting your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.
