Hi, I have Teton CME Routing [trading] currently selected as my service and I have IronBeam as my clearing firm. I believe both of these should allow me to see Crude Oil Futures. I am trying to get CLK25-NYMEX (we may be in the next month by now, but that's what I'm trying to get, or whichever is the next month in that symbol)> When opening my VWAP chart I'm seeing a gold box which says: Symbol Setting not found for current service Any idea what I can do to get this service to work, so I can see Crude Oil Futures?
