Hello, I downloaded Sierra Chart to my new computer on the weekend, and am missing some data in the minute before 4pm. The previous download would show all of the trades, in very heavy volume, there was no spacing, between the bars. Please see the link below. The session time ends at 16:14:59 I reloaded at my office this morning, as the redownload made loading much, quicker, and it is the same. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1732579905382.png Thanks Martin |

Attached is an image of what we see from that time, so we do not understand why you would see the same thing on two different computers. Note that our time is different by 1 hour. Please delete the data from just before where the issue is showing and redownload the data. Follow these instructions to do this: Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method) Let us know if this does not resolve the issue for you.
